How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you cannot come to your appointment, please tell us at least 24 hours before. This helps us give the appointment to someone else.
How to Cancel
- Text Message: When you get a reminder text message, click the link in the message to cancel.
- NHS App: Use the NHS App to cancel your appointment.
- Patient Access: You can cancel your appointment online using Patient Access.
- By Telephone: Call 01785 258 348 and tell the receptionist you need to cancel.
When you cancel in good time, we can offer your appointment to another patient and help reduce waiting times.
We have a strict policy for patients who often miss their appointments. If this keeps happening, you or your family may be removed from the practice list.
