We strongly encourage our staff, patients and visitors to walk, cycle, and use public transport where possible as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Mill Bank Surgery is located in Stafford on Water Street which is just off Mill Street or the junction with Tenterbanks (near Stafford Park). Please see maps below.

We have ramp access through the main surgery entrance and good access to our reception area, treatment and consultation rooms for disabled patients. Toilets are provided next to the waiting room, these are accessible for the disabled. Baby changing facilities are available.
There are dedicated disabled car parking bays allocated in the car park.

In order to help those patients attending their appointments and being unable to park on the car park we use a car park management company to observe the car park during surgery opening hours. Any vehicle parked illegally will be issued with a Parking Charge Notice.
We would therefore ask patients to leave promptly after visiting the surgery and not to leave vehicles any longer than is necessary on the car park.
Please ensure you have entered your vehicle registration details and your appointment time, on the sheet provided at reception. These details will be used by the monitoring company when patrolling the car park.
Vehicles will only receive a parking charge notice after a set amount of time when the car park patroller will check with the surgery staff prior to issuing a ticket.
