Health Visitors:

Health Visitors look after pre-school age children and are available on telephone number 01785 221047.

District Nurses:

Our District Nursing team offer nursing at home (the doctor will advise on the need for this service).

MacMillan Nurses:

Will offer care and advice for cancer patients.

Community Mental Health Nurse:

A Community Mental Health Nurse is attached to the surgery for counselling, following referral from the doctor.

Community Midwives:

Will care for patients before and after pregnancy.

Community Childrens Nurses:

Community Childrens Nurses can offer support and care at home when your child has as acute illness or long term health problem. The doctor will refer your child if appropriate or you can discuss with your doctor if you think this service may be of help.
